The owners of Land Headquarters Co. started their land business operation in 1975 with the purchase of some property in Arkansas and Missouri. Today Land Headquarters operates actively in the states of Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Over the course of the 34 years, Land Headquarters and its affiliates have developed and sold over 200,000 acres and 200 subdivisions.

The primary business of Land Headquarters is buying, developing, and marketing land, whether it be residential, commercial, or in other markets. Although the company is actively involved in a wide variety of land development as well as in the land retail and wholesale market, perhaps our greatest expertise is in the development of residential subdivisions in rural areas.
